1. Service Agreement
These terms govern your use of Vinigsa services. By engaging with us, you accept these terms in full. Vinigsa reserves the right to modify terms at any time with notice.
2. Service Scope
Vinigsa provides brake, transmission, and automotive maintenance services in Malaysia. All work is performed to industry standards with quality assurance. Specific service details are outlined in individual service agreements.
3. Payment & Billing
- Payment is due upon service completion unless otherwise agreed
- Accepted payment methods: cash, card, bank transfer
- Invoices will be provided for all services rendered
- Late payments may incur additional charges
4. Warranty & Liability
Vinigsa warrants workmanship for 30 days from service completion. We are not liable for damages resulting from misuse, neglect, or unauthorized repairs. Vehicle owners assume all risks during service procedures.
5. Cancellation & Refunds
Cancellations made 48 hours prior to scheduled service receive full refunds. Cancellations within 48 hours forfeit 50% of service cost. No refunds on completed services unless service was not performed as agreed.
6. Data Protection
Personal data collected (name, contact, vehicle details) is processed lawfully and stored securely. We comply with data protection regulations. Your data will not be shared with third parties without consent.
7. Limitations of Liability
Vinigsa's total liability is limited to the service amount paid. We exclude liability for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Malaysian law. Disputes shall be resolved in competent courts in Kuala Lumpur.
